Terms of Service
Last updated: February 2026. The rules of the road for using Trulo.
Welcome to Trulo. By creating an account and using the Trulo application and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please do not use our app if you don't agree to these rules.
1. Eligibility
To use Trulo, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be legally permitted to use the Service by the laws of your home country.
- Never have been convicted of a felony or any offense involving violence, sexual misconduct, or harassment.
- Pass our mandatory identity verification check using a state or government-issued ID.
2. User Content and Conduct
You are solely responsible for the content you post on your profile and how you behave towards others. We have a strict zero tolerance policy for bad behavior. You agree that you will not:
- Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
- Harass, bully, stalk, intimidate, assault, or defame any person.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or upload images of someone other than yourself.
- Solicit money, passwords, or personal identifying information from other users.
- Post content that is hate speech, threatening, sexually explicit, or incites violence.
- Use the Service to promote commercial activities, such as selling goods or promoting OnlyFans/social media accounts.
3. Safety & Account Suspension
Trulo is designed to be a safe environment. We reserve the right to investigate and, if appropriate, suspend or permanently terminate your account without a refund if you have violated these Terms, misused the Service, or behaved in a way that Trulo regards as inappropriate or unlawful—even if that conduct occurred entirely off the app.
If your account is suspended, you will not be allowed to create a new account. Our ID verification system will actively block repeat offenders.
4. Your License to Us
By creating an account, you grant Trulo a worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, right and license to host, store, use, and modify the information you authorize us to access, as well as any information you post on the Service, solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You retain ownership of your content.
5. Apple App Store Terms
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, these Terms incorporate and supplement the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for the Trulo app or its content, nor are they responsible for providing any maintenance or support services for the app.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Trulo provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that the service will always be continuous or error-free. Trulo is not responsible for the conduct of any user, either online or offline. You agree to take reasonable precautions when meeting individuals in person, and you should use the Personal Audit Trail feature responsibly.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you within the app. By continuing to use the Service, you agree to the revised terms.
